Domestic Shipping (Australia):

• We offer a flat rate of $9 for standard shipping anywhere in Australia.
• Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $120.
• Orders are processed within 2 business days from our warehouse. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Orders to Western Australia may take up to 10 business days depending on the location.

International Shipping:

• We offer a flat rate of $15 for standard international shipping to the USA and New Zealand.
• For USA and NZ deliveries, orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse using DHL eCommerce. DHL typically delivers within 6-9 business days. We aim to make shipping smooth and easy, providing tracking information to keep you updated along the way.
• Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures, which could cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

For other international destinations:

• If your country is not listed on our website, please email hello@sandekids.com with the items you wish to purchase and your delivery destination. We will respond with estimated shipping costs for your location.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or fees that may apply in your destination country.
• Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available.
