Due to ongoing copying of our designs, we feel it’s important to clearly state that any reproduction of our products, or elements of them, may infringe our intellectual property rights.

The SANDE™ and SANDE KIDS™ brands are protected by registered trade marks in Australia and the United States, with further international registrations pending. SANDE KIDS BEACH HAULER™ is also registered in Australia.
Our trade mark rights form part of Sande's broader intellectual property portfolio and are actively protected and enforced.
A note on copying our work
We take the protection of Sande’s original designs and creative work seriously.
Purchasing a Sande product does not grant any licence or permission to reproduce, manufacture, reverse engineer, copy, commission the manufacture of, or commercially exploit our designs, photography, written content or other intellectual property.
If a Sande product is purchased or obtained for the purpose of reproducing, manufacturing or commissioning a substantially similar product, or if our product photography, written content or other intellectual property is reproduced without permission, we reserve all rights available to us.
This may include taking legal action, submitting intellectual property complaints and takedown requests to marketplaces and online platforms, reporting infringing products to relevant authorities and customs agencies, and taking other appropriate steps to protect our brand and intellectual property.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, Sande also reserves the right to publicly address infringement of our intellectual property and to correct the public record regarding the origin and development of our products.
For manufacturers, sourcing agents & competitors
Purchasing or obtaining a Sande product for the purpose of copying, reproducing or commissioning the manufacture of our protected designs does not grant permission to do so.
We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights internationally.
