Returns
We gladly accept change-of-mind returns within 15 days, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., credit card refunds will return to the credit card, PayPal to PayPal, and Afterpay to Afterpay). Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to change-of-mind returns.
Rust Issue Notice – Important Update
We are deeply sorry to share that a batch of our Beach Hauler Backpacks was produced with buckles and press studs that do not meet our high standards for rust resistance. This was completely unexpected, as we take great care in selecting durable, high-quality materials for all our products.
We have already contacted our manufacturer to address the issue and have sourced alternative materials to ensure this does not happen again. Our zip hardware and key clips remain unchanged and have never had rust concerns.

At Sande Kids, we hope you love your new products as much as we love creating them! We work with trusted manufacturers to ensure high-quality products. However, we understand that things don't always go as planned. Here's our promise to you:
• All products are covered by a 3-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers faults or defects in materials and workmanship. Manufacturing defects typically appear within the first three months. Issues arising beyond this period may be considered normal wear and tear. Claims related to damage caused by misuse or neglect cannot be accepted.
• Photo evidence of any defective product is required to process your claim. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item. Each claim will be carefully reviewed at our discretion.
