Returns

We work with trusted manufacturers to deliver quality products. However, in the unlikely event a faulty product slips under our radar, under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund of that item.

We will happily accept change-of-mind returns within 15 days so long as the item is unused, it's in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Refund payments will be made via the original payment method e.g. credit card payment will be returned to credit card, PayPal to Paypal and Afterpay to Afterpay.

Please note: our Waterproof Car Seat & Pram Liner is a universal fit for most forward-facing car seats (6 months – 4 years), prams and strollers. Please see liner measurements before purchasing to ensure it fits with your intended seat. The customer is responsible for shipping costs involved with change-of-mind returns.
